In the Clare Valley Riesling is what we do best! Our 2023 Riesling from the Watervale region is pale straw in colour with lifted citrus aromatics, offering great depth and purity, with a slight acid finish. The wine displays classic Clare Riesling characters of lemons, limes and talc and will develop for another couple of years. You will be rewarded for cellaring, but it is drinking so well now so why wait! Try Riesling with a range of seafoods, or something spicy – it’s a taste sensation!
Clare Riesling is known for its elegance and style; so too was my wonderful mother Valerie, my brightest star in the night sky! This wine is named in her honour along with Graham Beh, a sensational vet, always striving for new challenges and never afraid to think outside the box.
