Our Most Popular Wines
Enough said it’s what Clare does so well! From our grower in Watervale the wines show lifted citrus characters with a hint honey on the nose. Summer or Spring it screams serve me with seafood please! This is not a wine for the cellar it’s a drink now style lower in acid, so just pop in the fridge and enjoy.
Made using premium fruit from the renowned Armagh sub-region of Clare, this is a soft and elegant wine, with lifted aromatics of liquorice, rich red berries and dark chocolate. Lashings of oak add another dimension delivering a Moorish Shiraz of great character – bold but not overpowering and fine tannins with a lingering finish. If you can resist cracking the bottle tuck one or 3 away for those special guests to impress.
95% Sangiovese with a drizzle of Grenache our 2025 Rose has lifted aromatics of Feijoa and is delightfully crisp on the palate. Perfect for a lazy summer day, in the pool or simply with food. Lower in alcohol at 10.5% so no excuse not to have another and another. Prawns, Prawns, and more Prawns…or just the Rose!
Silver Medal – 2025 Clare Valley Wine Show
There’s always something to celebrate and a bottle of Bubbles does the trick. A blend of Pinot and Chardonnay with a hint of sweetness balancing acid - not too sweet, not too dry! The perfect way to start or finish a party.
Greg Cooley explains, ‘All my wines are named after people who have been of influence to me in my 45 years and their influence is as varied as the wine styles - from pizza shop owners, to my greyhound’s vet and South Australian author Monica McInerney.’ I have to confess that I am taken by Greg’s path to glory, because my move through law to wine was punctuated by the part-ownership of two greyhounds that always wanted to run in the opposite direction from the rest of the field.
