An unashamedly old fashioned Chardonnay – exactly the style I fell in love with. Made using Adelaide Hills fruit and barrel fermented in French oak with regular lees stirring. Elegantly textured with great fruit intensity. It will develop in the bottle for 3 – 5 years and will be a great match with anything with earthy tones, such as a mushroom Risotto or Cassoulet.
