Rose, what a great style of wine….it just allows the winemaker so much individuality. This vintage we made our Rose with 100% Cabernet fruit. European in style, dry with a soft salmon colour and all too easy drinking. Jump on the Rose band wagon!
I have personally enjoyed this wine with everything from Pasta to Pork Belly – it’s a fantastic summer wine!
