This Adelaide Hill Pinot Gris is showing some lovely aged character, giving the illusion of oak. It is luscious on the palate with a medium weight. There is a lovely balance of acidity and sweetness making it a great food wine, perfect with seafood or a creamy pasta. Further cellaring will add complexity.
