Greg Cooley Wines will proudly be taking part in ‘The Festival of the Lamb’ on Saturday 23 & Sunday 24 September 2023.
We will have bespoke caterer, The Bearded Cook here and he will weave his magic with succulent ‘Texel’ Sired Spring Lamb. This will be a wonderful celebration of the Lamb, as part of the Clare Valley Festival.
You will enjoy a range of flavoursome, colourful, delicious dishes – handmade and sourced from local producers. The Bearded Cook will be showcasing the wonderfully lean ‘Texel’ breed of Lamb in his dishes. The menu will include a succulent Turkish Spiced Lamb Burger, a delicious Middle Eastern Lamb Tagine and beautiful slow-roasted Lamb Barbacoa. We will also have other mouth-watering options available – everyone will be catered for.
So ‘don’t be sheepish’, come and enjoy a relaxing afternoon grazing on The Deck, and be entertained by local Joel Lyon on Saturday and Andrew Healey on Sunday. Sit back and enjoy a glass of local Clare Valley wine or a beer, however, if wine is not your thing, there’s a range of beers, locally produced Sawmill Gin, Espresso Martinis, Daiquiris, Aperol Spritz, RTDs, soft drinks and non-alcoholic drinks available.
