The wine displays classic Clare Riesling characters of lemons, limes and talc and will develop for another 3 – 4 years and you will be rewarded for cellaring, but it is drinking so well now so why wait! Try Riesling with a range of seafoods, or something spicy – it’s a taste sensation!
Clare Riesling is known for its elegance and style; so too was my wonderful mother Valerie, my brightest star in the night sky! This wine is named in her honour along with Graham Beh, a sensational vet, always striving for new challenges and never afraid to think outside the box.
