Join prominent Brisbane Chef Peter Stubbs of Cinco Bistro for our upcoming Duck Extravaganza Wine Lunch. Peter has had a career many would envy and his restaurant in suburban Camp Hill has certainly stood the test of time and held it’s own. Pete has cooked for everyone from the Mexican president to David Bowie and Mick Jagger, having spent 15yrs living in France, the US and the Carribbean. His food is delicately, yet complexly flavoured and could be classed as ‘Modern Australian with a twist‘.
Cinco Bistro is definitely known for it’s innovative take on both duck and desserts and we simply can’t wait to sample our duck menu, which has been perfectly matched to Greg’s wines with each course.
