Finally our new release ‘Monica Macca & Moo’ 2015 Shiraz is finally available and it’s a full flavoured, rich & generous wine with quite the lingering finish! We’ve matured it in 20% New French Oak and 80% older oak, a combination of French and American barrels to compliment the dark berry fruit. Great tannin structure…this is a wine which is great to share now but will be fabulous 6 years plus in the cellar.
