We’re very excited to release our very first vintage of our Adelaide Hill Sauvignon Blanc. Due to popular demand we have succumbed and sourced some of the finest Adelaide Hills fruit for the first 2018 Kelli Maree Sauvignon Blanc.
Also finally our 2017 ‘Day Day & Chippa’ Sangiovese is available. One of our most popular reds, very little of this wine has been made so place your order before it’s gone! It’s a beautiful, light red wine, easy drinking and well suited to lighter style meals, cheese, or pasta. Savoury & spice characters with raspberry overtones.
The 2016 Dad & Meads GSM – Grenache, Shiraz, Mourvedre is also ready to go. A full flavoured blend of 55% Grenahce, 40% Shiraz and 5% Mourvedre, maturation in oak barrels compliments juicy, dark fruit.
For Shiraz fans, the 2016 ‘Monica, Macca & Moo’ Shiraz is a cracker – full flavoured Shiraz, rich and generous (like me), with a soft, lingering finish. Great for now, fabulous 6 years plus in the cellar! Matured in a combination of French and American Oak barrels.
And finally, our flagship Red, the Reserve Cabernet. The 2016 ‘Rehbein and Ryan’ Reserve Cabernet is undoubtedly our best yet, with lashings of new French oak. It’s a wine for those that like them big, with plenty of tannin and oak and 10% Merlot adding richness to the wine. Cellaring potential 10 years plus.
